Jay Jeffers (www.jeffersdesigngroup.com) and his design team create high-end residential and commercial interiors from their offices in a chic, industrial studio space in downtown San Francisco. From the industrial character of the raw concrete walls to an abundance of natural light, this incredibly versatile space is now available to rent for private special events.

With 3800 square feet of usable space, 1035 Post Street can accommodate events ranging from an intimate dinner party for 12, an elegant sit down dinner for 60, or a festive cocktail party for up to 150 people. Conveniently located on Post Street just off Van Ness, the space is just minutes away from Civic Center, Union Square and Hayes Valley and many of San Francisco's finest boutique hotels, making it the perfect place for your
next event.

Fees include
  • Existing movable pin lighting system and chandeliers
    throughout the space.
  • Space defining 17 foot draperies
  • Built in speaker sound system with ipod connection and DJ compatibility (check requirements with your DJ to make sure they will be using our system)
  • Existing planters and foliage in front of building (required to remain in place)
  • Lounge furniture including lounges, sofas, chairs and cocktail tables (can be removed for additional fee)

    parking garages nearby, or you can contact our preferred valet.
  • Kitchen - Exposed kitchen with 4 burner gas, single
    convection oven.
NOTE: Due to ventilation no seafood may be cooked inside space

  • ALL Vendors must be bonded and approved through
    1035 Post Management
  • Adult parties only
  • Amplified music is restricted to inside event.
  • Outside liquor allowed under your own license only
  • NO smoking
  • All events must be managed from load-in to load-out by approved Event Planner. If required, management from 1035 Post employee can be arranged for an additional fee.
NOTE: This is a working office. There will be desks and computers that will be visible unless obscured by draping or using plants. Your party planner will come up with something creative to use.
Move in/out
  • Move in must begin after 2pm on day of event unless otherwise arranged with owner.
  • Move out on weekday must be complete by 10am.
  • Move out on Saturday or Sunday must be complete by 3pm.
